So, stumbled upon this forum, been reading some of the articles, but It\'s not too organized. I\'ve seen refrences to psiballs, psi wheels shields and such, but I have no Idea where I should start to learn how to do any of this. I think it would be really helpful to start a mega thread for all the new people to know where to go to get started.

most people start with energy manipulation (psiballs) since thats supposed to be the basic of all psionics. however if you\'re particularly interested in a certain field of psionics, (telekinesis, telepathy, etc.) you can start with that right away, thats what i did.

Well I\'ve always had the belief that theres more to the mind then what we do on an everyday basis. I\'ve tried to do psionics before without really knowing what I was doing.
Obviouslly telekenisis would be awesome, but I\'d like to learn it all. I\'m going to try doing a psiball now, but what are the practical uses for that?

i\'m probably not the best person to be asking about psiballs... but they aren\'t that useful in and of themselves. making psiballs is a stepping stone to making more advanced constructs and shields. most people say practicing EM helps with everything else in psionics, so if you want to try out everything like you said, you\'re best bet is probably to start off with psiballs then move on as you get better.
