Mmm, karma, yes?

IF anyone truely posessed the power to sway people\'s minds *WELL* at any time they wanted to, then I would agree that the practice is rude... however... persuasive thought transfer is never a sure-fire practice. Set/setting, the individual, and circumstances building up to the point all come into play when dealing with a tehcnique like this. To be honest, it\'s usually more of an ego boost to those who get lucky and have a suave moment in a group of people, causing them to react to your presence.

On the other hand, I don\'t really see any problem with what little practice you can get from telepathic suggestion, other than the fact that it is hard to control, hardly ever works as planned, and isn\'t exactly one of the most mainstream, coveted, abilities.

Vratis, Ftw!

I use a form of suggestion to make myself more approachable to other\'s or the reverse if I am pissed. Making myself more approachable or attractive to other people is more or so is putting out, on a mass scale or specified to them, things that they would find favorable. I have noticed, that in people who are unaware of such things, normally think that the feeling or suggestion is their own and act on it as their own because they have no reason to think it would be anything but. I compare it to an empath who picks up the emotion of another and assumes that it is their\'s. There have been many times when I have acted on another\'s emotion because I thought that it was my own. In people aware of such things, who aren\'t psion\'s, out of the blue emotions or suggestions, which are not their normal thinking pattern, are actually rejected most of the time. The less sensitive the person, in my experience, the stronger the projection has to be in order to make it through and cause any type of change or affect. It would be like speaking to a person who is hard of hearing.

People\'s minds work differently, and everyone has things that they like or don\'t like. I have noticed that some people react negatively to certain things. For example, positive things or calming things actually irritate me. Say that I was your typical person, and someone tried to calm me down in that way or influence me in that way. I would react the opposite way and get really irritated and edgy. Before I do anything of the like, I do some sort of scan to see what might work and what might not and how strong it would have to be in order to cause a signicant difference. I have also noticed that people rarely react on a consious level to a straight telepathic suggestion. I think this has to do with what actually takes place once it is actually inside the person\'s head. A lot of time\'s the original suggestion gets muddled up, loses potency, the person\'s mind doesn\'t interpet it correctly, and so on and so forth. Between two psions, a telepathic suggestion would be more or so like persuasive telepathic message.

In my experience, a combination of empathic suggestion telepathic suggestion and sometimes physical cues helps. People in a relaxed state will respond more readily than someone who isn\'t, due to the fact that they are already open to you. I normally focus on a group of sensations that will get the person to relax and put them in a weird state. Sometimes I reinforce my words empathically, sometimes I don\'t use words. Depends on the case. I wrap the person in these sensations that I have created to relax them and put them in a more receptive state. I normally do this with people who aren\'t that sensitive, due to the fact that their mind\'s are all over the place and are not that receptive. It allows me to set up a channel for mental communication for the sake of communication and not trying to influence them.

Images can help reinforce everything, but you have to remember that it depends on the person sending and the person receiving the images. Think of a strong signal, but a very very crappy radio receptor. Words are the same way. I have noticed that if there is nothing to make it promptly stand out, that it a lot of cases it gets swallowed up in the other mental processes and doesn\'t really have any affect at all.

I have used it once in a situation that you could call unethical. I felt horrible afterwards. The person has the say in the matter, true, but I compare it to drugging someone and then asking them to make a decision.

I have also noticed that weak minded people are more prone to being influenced. For example, a person starts recieving what I send out, and their first response is:

Wait a second? Why do I feel like this?

Where is this coming from?

This is weird.

And other analytical questions as to what is going on, but someone who doesn\'t question their emotions or actions is more likely to be influenced. When I see someone doing something like that in an unethical sense, I interfere with the \"transmission\" or wrap the person up in my energy, or whatever you want to call it, so that it acts s a type of shield. I normally do it from a \"safe distance\" and I switch up sig\'s constantly, so normally the person initiating it doesn\'t know what the heck happened. I don\'t attack the person. I just terminate what is going on and go about my day as if nothing happened.

That seems like a cruel thing to do...

Wlaking around in there is one thing but sugguesting things is another.

Dude you should just use social engineering. Its a lot better and not morally degrading.
