This is my 1st recording of a stasis field applied to a pinwheel against the opposing force of a fan at the lowest speed. I'm able to get the pinwheel slowdown & freeze at different points throughout the video; 1m40s, 5m30s. I believe it to be good training for sustained focus, rather than the short bursts of PK required for the psi_wheel.

2nd recording with more significant stasis field, freezes & slowdowns. I am able to bring the pinwheel to almost a full stop a few times between 1m30s & 2min. It's mostly slowdowns after this interval. Once I've mastered it on the slow fan speed, I'll up the intensity. I believe this exercise will increase my PK strength and efficiency overall.

Re: Opposing force training

I think my mind is becoming really comfortable with stasis fields. I considered last week that I might be over training it, but it has already made me better at other things:)

stasis fields Part-5

I wanted to test how precisely I could direct the airflow from my fan on speed 3. I setup the pinwheels as closely together as I could with out them touching. Anyway, after starting with my normal construct for stasis; I tried out two new ones. An air funnel & air pellets which I visualize shooting from my third eye. I also wanted to see if I could get them spinning in opposite directions while they were so close together. I eventually get the hang of it, but not before the tape runs out:)

stasis & pulse

I got the idea during my last stasis field practice to see if I could apply a stasis field construct to the flame while I was still pulsing it. I'm hoping this will train my mind to direct heat into a more narrow & intense beam. Anyway this worked out very well, though I'm still not fast enough with flame stasis to shrink the flame to the wick in under 10min:)

[!--quoteo--][div class=\'quotetop\']QUOTE [/div][div class=\'quotemain\'][!--quotec--]Hmm, I remember talking to one of my older friends about this when he found out he\'d be having a kid I\'d more advocate having the kids watch or at least be aware of things for a bit then start them trying to do it a little older. Young children may not be sufficiently developed to handle the metabolic demands psionics places. In such a small body, the blood sugar and potassium loss may not be handled as well, that is my main concern. Probably sometime around 6 and no earlier than 4 I\'d say.

Getting them started while they\'re young is a good idea though, it should side-step some mental block problems.

EDIT: About the actual topic for this post, I should find a picture of myself, Hmm...

Wait, lemme make a topic on this xD

I see. I\'ll take that to heart, seriously. The only person to give me words of encouragement like that is my own mom.

Thanks.
