I was practicing moving a pen a few minutes ago. And I held my breath until my forehead starting feeling pressured. Then, when I looked away from the pen, it just rolled! On an instant!
I tried to recreate it, this time instead of holding my breath, I just tried to re-create that feeling in my forehead, and it worked! I am almost to the point where I can roll a pen without fail! I just need to practice this.
Try it, it may work. For some reason, taking a large exhale (away from the object) causes the brain to get relaxed and things work.
I\'d start her as soon as possible, but apparently my family isn\'t too hip on the idea of it, seeing as how I\'m only 16 >_
I think that you just need faith it\'ll move, and who has more faith than a child, who doesn\'t know good, bad, right, or wrong? She\'d probably be able to lift the whole freakin\' pen her first day. Just can\'t surpass daddy
The sensation seems to be only described as sinus, as it\'s right above the \'in-between\' of your eyebrows. The point where your eyebrows arch into your forehead. Getting the sensation strong can be achieved by supreme patience in breathing, or other unhealthy methods that can result in blacking out (I\'ve experienced both).
Edit: I\'ve hit a stump. I can only do it when I turn my attention away. Not good, anyone here had success WHILE focusing? It\'s hard to get success on something I\'m focusing on by NOT focusing. I need to know if it\'s possible.
OH MY GOD!

Yeah, but I can\'t remember terminology that well.
