Okay, So first off I would like to say I've only recently come back to the community. I am the same saintbob you have seen in the various videos in the media section. I wanted to start a post that will hopefully help encourage regular PK practice & motivate the practitioner to move on from where they are to where they want to be.

Where I am: Currently I am able to spin the inverted tinfoil. After a prolonged absence, I would say that getting back to where I was in only 3 days time isn't to bad.
Where I would like to be:  I would like to be able to roll a can proficiently.

I would like for everyone who likes PK to do something like I have just done above.
Mark where they are, and where they would like to be. And after a while post an update, maybe saying how much longer you think it will take, if you've gotten a twitch, etc.

If your a beginner to PK and haven't even twitched a psiwheel, I would recommend reading the following articles :

Re: Psychokinesis Practice: What you do, and where you hope

As of late, I have been teaching others in real life to get to where I am, now. Any updates from other pk enthusiasts? I love the videos that have been posted here, let's get some more!

Re: Psychokinesis Practice: What you do, and where you hope

Hay Saintbob it's been a while :) ,

I have a question for you if i may. I know you are very well traveled in psychokinesis, so here is my question:

What does it feel like for you when you preform psychokinesis. Mainly, where is your consciousness sitting in your head, where are the pressures ect. Then how does it feel everywhere else.

This is my crude attempt to back engineer the technique without method. Because with all things, transcending the method is a step into mastery. Though I do have difficulty with psychokinesis, so I'm trying to comprehend it fully.

Hello!
Well, when I'm doing pk, I find my self sitting in a state that I believe is called " focused inattention. " (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong) I am focussing on making the object(s) move, without actually thinking about the mechanics behind it. I just sort of... "Will" it to happen.

As for pressure.. Typically I feel a bit of pressure in my head, close to that of a. " Cerebral head-high " given to you by sativa. ( I'm not encouraging drug usage, by any-means )

The rest of my body, seems to feel as if it wasn't there. Really strange, I know. :p

Re: Psychokinesis Practice: What you do, and where you hope

Thanks SaintBob your input is appreciated.

I think with enough picking apart and analysis we can eventually figure out how to brain handles most psionic exercises. With that, more and more accurate techniques and performance enhancement exercises can be developed.
