Hey guys, been a while since i posted but i decided to get active seeing how this community is slowly dying  :'(
Sucks how we've lost psipog, upc, some great psions ... kinda leaves a hole in your life. That's how i feel anyway. I wish I could go back to when psipog was active and contribute more, learn more ... it was an incredibly valuable resource that I never really utilized. So many people with a common goal!
I don't know about you guys but I never had anyone to speak to in real life, or even over msn about psionics. It's always been through forums, which as we've seen, come and go. Some people migrate to other forums but we lose a lot of people in the process. I'm glad there's still a solid amount of people interested in psionics here.
So what i'm proposing is to get in touch with someone, just to help me progress and i suppose 'accept' psionics as real. And of course i'm more than happy to help you with any questions you might have, any theories you wanna discuss. My field (psionic pun, haha) is telekinesis, but i've done some energy work. Haven't tried tp, clairvoyance or anything else really. Got my mind fixated on TK!
I'm having trouble progressing cause it gets hard going it alone, hiding the foil when my parents walk in, not finding time for it .. i'm sure most of you have been there.
If anyone wants to talk over msn/skype/other chat program, send a pm my way.
And if anyone lives in Australia NSW, let me know so we can meet up. It would be amazing to see another psion, i think it would really be a huge help to see someone else sharing in my (our) interest. I read about Apollo who had a 'pk school' of sorts, i can imagine how quickly his students would progress. Not just under the tutelage of such a successful psion, but in addition to that they'd see him and others around them performing telekinesis live. That would be phenomenal in terms of progressing in practice, i think. If only we had something like that over here .. sometimes i feel like i'm the only psion in Australia! Of course I'd imagine there's thousands of people around the world who feel the same.

So, if you're interested, send me a pm!

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Sas, you most certainly are not alone. I understand your desire to connect with like minds. With that in mind I would like to suggest that you read my "part 2" post and consider attempting TP.

I apologize for not completing it yet.  It is really hard to "type" that much information on my cellular phone, and the wife and kids will get my attention after work.  I will tie it all together soon.

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Thanks for the response Wyndle, appreciate it.
TP has always been something that interested me, but I don't imagine that I could progress in it without a partner. Someone to affirm what I'm getting from them, or to confirm what I'm sending and so on. It would be rather difficult to progress alone, which is kind of why I leaned towards telekinesis. I did read your article though, very interesting. Again I agree with the majority of it, it's something I'd like to explore in the future with another psion.

Cheers

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Yeah I also feel lonely like you

We could collect like minded people and talk through the websites chat area
I know about 10 people in this forum who really care
We all can fix a time and day and then come on chat together

What do you say?

Reply on this post only as others can also see it

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

that sounds great a7!
we'd have to organize a global time that everyone agrees on.
I'm all for it, let me know when!

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Let us collect more members first then we can think of timing

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Count me in!

I agree with everything Sas said, and have had to do just about everything he did too. We are really the trail-blazers here; one day I would love to beat or have somebody beat the stupid James Randi challenge so that finally psionics will explode into the public consciousness. That is something to think about. Of course, the challenge is riddled with deception and dishonesty and you don't really win a million dollars, but it would still be worth it to watch the skeptic societies die in flames (evil laughter).

Here's an idea we could develop: Go to Rupert Sheldrake's website (http://www.sheldrake.org/) and read about any of his various online telepathy tests. They provide easy ways of forming connections over great distances and include such things as free phone numbers and prepared test protocols. If after the chat we could pull something like that off, it would be amazing! The next best thing to meeting in person!

Honestly, the most active poster in all the forums has been some stupid advertiser for a "tramadol without prescription". What the hell is a tramadol anyway?

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Tramadol would be spam... there's been a lot more spam lately, which makes it hard to keep up with removing.  Apologies.

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Hey mod  we are planning to have.a collective chat session
Can you help us ?
I mean collecting members and timings and all

It would be better if you could arrange classes
What do you think about the suggestion?

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

@a7: If you want to have a collective chat session, feel free to set up a time either here or on a new thread where you all can hash out a time that will work for you.  There are already quite a few people who hang out in the IRC channel, though it tends to have more active conversation during the evenings (central US time), so you can always drop by and see if anyone is active.

As for classes, I believe the administrator, Metalforever, has been planning to start up class sessions again at some point, but she hasn't set any firm dates.  I would recommend PMing her about your interest directly. :)

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

What is yalls time zones? If we know everyones time zones it will be easier to collaborate. Like me, I'm on heavily from 7:20am - 3:50pm Mountain Time. It is 1:51pm right now where I am. I can easily get on after work aswell, but usually don't on my own. So, my available times are anywhere between 7:30am - 10:00pm. Not every day, I can't control everything that goes on of course. But I can if it is scheduled. So, now my question is, what are yalls available times and schedules like? Because I'm interested in talking to others about training and ideas. I will also remain as unskeptical as possible. You can skepticise yourself, you don't need outside influences ;). Lets keep things rolling! Check the forums more often and get in the chat room every once in awhile!

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Well I can be online from 8am to 1pm(according to forum time)
But the problem is that I cant come to chat as I dont have a pc
I just use my mobile to post on forum

If someone want to chat they have to tell me in advance so I can be ready

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

I would be down if we have a chat session.

Regarding feeling lonely - I can understand but don't judge yourself for it. Even if others don't know about your ability or perhaps would judge you, as long as you don't judge yourself then you can disregard whatever anyone else thinks (or your perception of what they think).

You are not alone - there are many of us out there.

Peace!  :P

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

Thank you for all your replies guys, much appreciated.
In regards to time zones, forum says 5pm but it's 11am here ... so the forum is 6 hours ahead of me. I can come on whenever it suits everyone else though, no biggie.

Cheers!

Re: Does anyone else feel alone?

A lot of us are on right now, just get on the chat client with your forum names, and we can all chat about practice and what not.
