A friend of mine decided that he wants to learn how to teleport a couple of months ago. Earlier today he demonstrated to me how succesful he has gotten. We stood out in the parking lot of my apartments, and after a minute of concentration, he teleported three feet from his original standing position. This got me interested in it. Do any of you guys here have any techniques or tips for teleportation?

Whoa, that's cool..
I'm a bit conditioned against teleportation and haven't practiced it much .. haven't had any success with it yet.
I guess Owltwelve just blissed out on the Bindu point with the destination in his mind.
But perhaps you would be better off asking your friend ;).
Interesting, Teleportation is somewhat of a lost art here. Too many asking question, not enough seeking answers, if you catch my drift.
Perhaps your friend could share their knowledge with us, so we may document it.
I can think of a way to do it, but it would involve you tricking your brain as to your location, then actuating the new location somehow. Teleportation on the astral is easy, but the physical plane has a gaunlet that prevents most of these actions. I imagine you would have to get past the ego first, and loose yourself in space, so you may move across the fabric mentally. This is all theory of course.
Wow - I would also love to hear a few details. Can you get more information from your friend?
I have learned in my meditation classes about a technique/ability called Translocation. The only real account of this that I've heard about is a nun. When she would clean, she would enter a trance state and could translocate to Africa. She could be seen (with physical eyes) from both locations. :)
I can think of multiple ways to achieve real or perceived teleportation.
Phase step: very difficult and potentially dangerous. Create a bubble at your destination, link it to your shield and then step in that direction at the same instant you match the frequency of the two places. If you are not very, very good at remote viewing do not attempt this method.
Warp tunneling: almost as difficult as the phase step but slightly safer. Warning, this method becomes harder over greater distance due to the amount of energy needed to create longer tunnels. First, visualize your shield expanding forward and pushing the fabric of space open as a tunnel. Second, visualize your destination and your tunnel should push back through the fabric of space.
Time slipping: not physically dangerous but can cause mental impairment. This is the equivalent to hitting the FF or skip button on your place in time. You still move the same distance but your mind will not perceive the travel and it will seem as though no time has passed. In reality a minor amount of time passes and if you are not 110% prepared for the event it will cause memory problems or worse (found out the hard way).
The last method is more of a slight of mind trick to make others perceive that something has teleported. I wont go into detail due to the potential negative uses.
