A'ight here it is, was't sure where to put this but I'm new to this forum, however, comma, I've been screwing around with energy manipulation for a while, not really getting all that serious, mainly because I'm unfocused and lack what most call "drive" but I digress. Today, not 25 minutes ago I was just kind of seeing where I stood in the whole "energy manipulation" thing and brought out this little plasma ball to see if I could percieve the energy contained inside of it. Aside from a few prickles and whatnot I wasn't really able to get anything difinitive. But upon turning the plasm ball off I went back to my computer, and while I was entertaining myself trying to sense energy, my monitor (LCD display) had gone to "sleep". Upon turning it on I immediatly noticed a barely audible tonal sound, previously unheard in the months that I've had it. Now curiously, I brought in one of my neighbor's after explaining what I was hearing and asked him to try and detect what I was hearing. He could not. As I'm typing this I can still hear the tone. As far as side effects go, if indeed that is even the case, I'd say this is fairly mild. Also considering the fact that I may have just never noticed it before now, which is far more likely the case. But I find it odd that only I can hear it, DIRECTLY after trying to sense electrical energy. My question, aside from the fact that my supreme lack of attention to my earthly surroundings on a day to day basis(I commonly don't notice even the most glaring of physical objects i.e. just the other day I noticed for the first time that my room had a smoke detector in it) may be the cause of this sudden awareness of electrical objects giving off almost inaudibale tones(also note, due to my job, my hearing is abominable), Is it possible that a side effect of consciously trying to detect energy I have kind of...woken up another type of sense? Or is this a common side effect of handling energy, regardless of how strong or weak the energy handled may have been? OR could I have just now noticed it because I'm just unobservant and the quietness of the room emphasized previously unheard noises?
