hello, im not actually new, i was a member about a year and a half ago however i had some importtant stuff pop up in my life that i had to stop practicing for a while. its good to see the other members i remember have progressed well.
but to the experience...
right before i stopped posting on here i was mostly into energy manipulation, and also pk, but i felt my EM kind of complimented my PK as well. but one time me and all my friends were hanging out in his garage wacthin tv and the door to his house was propped open. i was bored so i started to concentrate on grounding myself and pulling psi from my stomach. after a few mins i could feel the air around me getting thick and warm, and i kept trying to keep on going. i started concentraing on the doorknob, how your hand grabs it and pulls it closed and seeing the door shut slowly then out of no where, my hand kind of twitched and i dont really know how to describe it, almost like an orgasm :-\ i guess? it was instantaneous so i wasnt ready to judge how it felt, but i just felt this big burst run through/around me and the door slammed closed fairly hard. my friends were all like "wtf was that? oh well." then just kept watching tv. i was kinda shocked and suprised to say the least.
any ideas on how this happened all of the sudden? ive tried to do this again but with no results :( any of my fellow psions experienced anything familiar to this?
and i cant wait to get back to practicing :D

It sometimes happens that pk works easier. When you practice that kind of mind-set, it will start to happen more often and one day you'll do that without effort.
I think I have only managed to close doors in a half-sleep state or something. While wide awake, I've only twitched it or moved really slowly so far.
i just dont understand how i trggered it to happen, because it felt awesome. oh the door wasnt fully opened just kinda propped open ya know and i made it slam about a foot.
but i guess practice will eventually pay off :D
If you can remember exactly what it felt like. Try to bring about the feeling within yourself again. Even if it's to a minor degree, and then you can use the feeling to generate the desired effect.
I've met one person who had a similar account with such exceptional force. However in his account, it was a build up of energy that discharged painfully. The ensuing blast threw a series of objects off a stockroom shelf.
oh my, painful? could you tell the story as you know it?
There is not much to say about it really. He is a really high energy person, and through some fluke caused a large number of items to be thrown off a shelf at his workplace. Energy discharged from his thumb, he described it as very electrical like a static shock, but a really bad one.
Such energies can be managed and developed through constant practice and under expert guidance.
