You can create your own techniques by repeating what was done in exercises #1,#2, and #3, and then applying the technique in your own practice.
Choose a field of psionics which you want to practice. Create a technique using concepts from exercises #1, #2, and #3. Proceed to use this technique in your practice for at least two weeks, while daily noting how the practice went in your journal. At the end of the two weeks, compare it with how successful your previous practices were using a method that you did not create. If you did not engage in any practices previously, practice for 2 weeks with a method that you did not create and then compare.
You should stop practice if at any time you get a headache or feel dizzy. You should get medical attention if this is necessary.
