This is the last practice exercise of this guide. If you get past this exercise, you have successfully reached an intermediate level of achievement. At the intermediate level, you can come up with your own practice objects to try. Remember that you can also experiment with some of the more esoteric concepts mentioned in the introductory psionics guide, such as the use of sound, symbol, or action, as well as just using thought to make the object move. You can even try taping symbols to the pencil or object that represent certain things.

3. Soda Can
Repeat the process you did in exercise #16, but instead switch between telekinetically moving a soda can, and trying to telekinetically move the pencil.
Like always, if you get a headache or feel dizzy, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. Record your results and practice details daily in your journal. Do not proceed until you can get consistent movement.
This step is tough for some people and takes a lot of time (often over a month). Stick with it because the results are very rewarding.
