[21:36] metalforever: How
are yall tonight?

[21:38] metalforever: So
who here was at an advanced Psychokinesis class before?

[21:38] Quick: Me

[21:38] Lancefighter: oh
not me >.<

[21:38] sk8888ordie: me

[21:38] metalforever:
Alright.

[21:39] metalforever: Lets
start off this session with a question. First of all, what is it
that we reviewed last session? (For the people that were here)

[21:40] neveza: *ponders*
Wasn’t it how we should go about testing the idea that going from
bigger objects then to smaller objects will reach better
success…something along that lines.

[21:40] metalforever: yes,
neveza.

[21:40] metalforever: As
you all know (probably not), last session we reviewed the hypothesis
we have been working on, and possible controlled ways of
experimenting with it/ proving it.

[21:41] metalforever: Can
anyone tell me what was assigned for homework?

[21:41] neveza: >_>…I
don’t know. I don’t actually pay attention to the assigned
homeworks…

[21:41] sk8888ordie: test
the hypothesis by doing ten minutes of each object but the smaller
object b4 and after the larger one

[21:42] metalforever:
Alright, it was to practice using the assigned hypothesis

[21:42] metalforever:
good.

[21:42] metalforever: Did
anyone actually do the homework? If so, explain your thoughts and
what youve found.

[21:42] neveza: Obviously,
I didn’t. I really don’t have time to put psionics first.

[21:42] Quick: I couldnt
have Sorrys

[21:42] sk8888ordie: I did
that while eating cerial

[21:43] sk8888ordie: well

[21:43] sk8888ordie:
when i do the homwork every day

[21:43] metalforever: ok.
i see. I could raise hell here but im just going to leave this one
alone.

[21:43] metalforever: What
are your feelings Regarding this experiment?

[21:43] metalforever: .
Would you like to continue with this experiment, or work on something
different?

[21:44] sk8888ordie:
usually I do lots better after using the larger object

[21:44] Quick: diff

[21:44] sk8888ordie: i
like the experiment and since i started with it I am getting lots
better

[21:45] sk8888ordie: but
after a while i might get bored of it

[21:45] Quick: Can We
learn theories?

[21:46] metalforever:
yeah, me too. Ive decided that instead of revolving our class around
the hypothesis that i feel so many people arent testing, we are going
to work on this one in moderation, whilst still fitting time in for
other class lessons.

[21:46] metalforever: My
theories? Sure. Im sure i could get apollo (possibly) and genjo
(more likely) to help out with their personal hypothesis as well

[21:47] metalforever:
though im not sure either one of them will do a beginners class
again. The behaviour was simply uncalled for

[21:47] metalforever: Any
questions/comments?

[21:47] Quick: You are a
good teacher (is my comment)

[21:48] neveza: Theories
and hypothesis shouldn’t be too focused.

[21:48] metalforever:
Thanks, and neveza, i feel this is true because most people dont
listen.

[21:48] metalforever:
Today we are going to discuss the importance in maintaining a
schedule

[21:49] metalforever: Now
i have reviewed this with the beginners psychokinesis class, but i
feel it will most definitely benefit you guys more.

[21:50] metalforever: So.
Creating a schedule.

[21:50] metalforever: Why
or why not create one in the first place? Be detailed.

[21:50] Quick: You should,
so you dont over practice and your body doesn’t become exhausted, and
then you can’t practice

[21:51] sk8888ordie:
and also so you do practice and so that you can find enough time for
practice

[21:51] neveza: Schedules
are nice to create because it can give you a motivation to keep
moving. As well, it allows you to be prepared and able to keep
everything in a flow. Not having a schedule can lead to either
laziness or procrastination, possibly losing time to do anything else
that might be needed to do.

[21:53] metalforever:
hehe. nev i related to yours or a long time, which is why i am now
teaching the importance of one.

[21:53] metalforever: When
i say a schedule, it doesnt mean that you have to have an exact set
time for everything, because the fact of the matter is people have
lives, and unexpected things may arise, causing you not to get in the
practice time that you want/require.

[21:54] metalforever: For
example, instead of having a schedule with times, you may have
something such as “I will practice with this particular object
for x amount of minutes, then i will move on to this object for x
amount of minutes. After I am done, i will take a break, and then
return for Energy Manipulation practice (or what have you). I will
do this right before i go to sleep no matter what every day”.

[21:54] metalforever: of
course there are other ways you can go about it, as well. Be open.
You may want set times.

[21:54] metalforever: Any
questions regarding this so far?

[21:55] Vulcanis: Try and
keep this up for 22+ days… thats how long it takes the average
person to form a habit

[21:56] metalforever: you
are right.

[21:57] metalforever: Now,
to make practicing by your schedule and for an increased amount of
time, this usually requires making psychokinesis a habit. Habits
generally form after around a months time. Your goal is to make
psychokinesis a habit to practice.

[21:57] metalforever:
Advancing past the psiwheel, i have found, generally requires more
practice than 15 minutes to a half an hour a day, which is why i
believe a schedule is important.

[21:58] metalforever: Now,
what about the people that follow a schedule they made a few days and
decide that practicing psychokinesis isnt important to them and
quits. If you want to get good with Psychokinesis, or receive
results(generally), a lot of practice is required. Thus, you need to
give allotted time to yourself for success. The people that quit
dont tend to get very far, and arent serious about learning.

[21:58] metalforever: Make
sure to give it your all.

[21:59] metalforever:
Especially when moving unto something such as rolling, sliding or
Levitation

[21:59] metalforever: Ok,
now also, just because you have a schedule, this doesnt mean that you
cant alter from it once in a while. Now what i mean by this is that,
if you want to practice PK at a certain time, and it is not on your
schedule, and you feel strongly about it, you should definitely do
so.

[22:00] metalforever: Now
this does not mean…. “i will practice 15 minutes now instead
of 30 minutes later”

[22:00] metalforever:
thats not the way it works.

[22:00] metalforever: Any
questions so far?

[22:02] metalforever: When
creating a schedule, it may be important to make note that practice
with PK should generally NOT be the only thing on your schedule. Now
what do i mean by this? It is probably a good idea to practice
energy manipulation as well. Perhaps Meditation if you feel strongly
about it, or if you have a hard time sitting and practicing for
extended periods of time.

[22:02] metalforever: Any
questions regarding this?

[22:02] neveza: I have
none.

[22:02] metalforever:
alright.

[22:03] Vulcanis:
Twitching greatly means stop, as does any real amount of pain in the
form of a headache, etc.

[22:03] Vulcanis: form of
a bad headache*

[22:03] metalforever: Now
we are going to work on an in class exercise, making note about
everything ive talked about today, and Vulcanis.

[22:03] metalforever: Now
todays in class exercise involves exactly that, creating a schedule.
You should properly implement other things that you think may benefit
you, such as breaks, meditation or energy manipulation while creating
your schedule in this exercise.

[22:04] metalforever: We
are going to take 8 minutes to come up with our schedules (including
myself.) Go find a pen/pencil and a piece of paper to create your
schedule, as you may want to take it around with you wherever you go
instead of referencing to a file on you or somebody else’s computer.

[22:04] metalforever: Any
questions concerning the exercise?

[22:06] metalforever: do
this now.

[22:07] neveza: I can make
a schedule, but I doubt I can put psionics in it…

[22:07] neveza: Well, I
already have a daily schedule I follow.

[22:07] neveza: So, it
really doesn’t have psionics in it really.

[22:07] metalforever: that
is just fine, neveza. Whatever you feel is important.

[22:08] neveza: Alrighty.

[22:20] metalforever:
alright guys, its time to share what you have put on your paper
regarding schedules

[22:20] metalforever: you
dont have to , but it would be nice

[22:21] sk8888ordie: lol

[22:21] metalforever:
anyone?

[22:21] sk8888ordie: hold
on I’m almost done

[22:21] neveza: My daily
schedule that I follow would fall into an order of wake up, do
homework, shower, get ready for school, Brush teeth, busmeditate,
school, busmeditate, career work, on-lineIRC, Physical exercise,
then study. It loops after that until weekends. Weekends is the same
but with giant spaces in between since I have no school in the way.

[22:22] metalforever:
Alright nev, thats good.

[22:22] metalforever:
anyone else?

[22:23] sk8888ordie:
mee!!

[22:23] metalforever:
alright

[22:23] neveza: By the
way, I do most of everything for an hour, besides school. It takes a
lot out of my day.

[22:24] metalforever:
School takes generally 5 hours out of my day.

[22:24] Lancefighter: 10
of my hours.

[22:24] Quick: 11

[22:25] sk8888ordie: 0. In
bed meditating trying OBE

[22:25] sk8888ordie: damn

[22:25] sk8888ordie: well
basically

[22:25] metalforever:
Alright, well im appalled about the willingness to try this exercise.
Great initiative, guys.

[22:25] metalforever: We
are going to end this session with a review.

[22:25] sk8888ordie: my
schedule consists of reality checks meditation EM and PK

[22:25] metalforever: Tell
me about what we learned this class and/or what we went over. Be
detailed.

[22:27] neveza: Schedules
is a need for success in anything. Careers and goals. Without one,
many will be lost or in a static from improvement. Schedules don’t
have to be strict or concrete, but flexible and realistic.

[22:28] sk8888ordie:
working with larger objects and working down from there helps you
progress faster

[22:29] metalforever: that
was our theory

[22:29] metalforever: and
good, neveza.

[22:30] metalforever:
Describe to me what you are going to do to make sure you succeed in
advanced psychokinesis. Be detailed.

[22:31] neveza: I doubt I
can answer that, since I’m not doing anything about it. I have other
objectives to accomplish before psionics and psychokinesis can be
concentrated on.

[22:31] sk8888ordie:
stick to my schedule every day and practice with psychokinesis for at
least an hour a day. experiment and come up with my own techniques
that work best for me

[22:31] Ikaika: have to
say i am in the same position

[22:31] Ikaika: of neveza

[22:32] metalforever:
thats great, sk8

[22:32] metalforever: nev,
ikaika. I understand.

[22:32] metalforever: Now
its time to assign homework.

[22:33] metalforever: You
are to practice whilst trying to stick with your schedule.

[22:33] metalforever:
Practice at least an hour a day, if possible

[22:33] metalforever: dont
strain yourself.

[22:34] sk8888ordie:
alright

[22:34] metalforever: The
next class session is sunday, the 25th

[22:34] metalforever:
10:30 GMT -5

[22:34] metalforever: That
is all

[22:34] metalforever: this
class was logged.
