(@FREAK) and an advanced method i have developed
(@FREAK) My name is FREAK and i have been doing psionics for roughly 3 years
(@FREAK) this class has its own beginners section before we move on the the actual advanced part

(+Jynx493) From what I have read: Basically if you are already familiar with energy work and meditating this shouldn’t be to difficult. I would fill my body up with energy and as the title suggests compress the energy in every bone, and only the bones, if I’m not mistaken. You repeat this several times.
(+Jynx493) It apparently increases the strenght of your energy, correct?
(@FREAK) Close enough, let me expand on that
(@FREAK) Bone breathing comes from the eastern art of Qi Gong
(@FREAK) What i have done with this is changed Chi to Psi, which isnt much of a change because they are essentially the same thing
(@FREAK) Ok, we have all seen little wisps of smoke
(@FREAK) Note this is the first exersise
(@FREAK) What i want you to do is to visualize wisps of energy
(@FREAK) flowing into your Third Eye (Crown Chakra), your fingers, and your chest (Solar Plexus)
(@FREAK) Visualize the energy wrapping around your bones in your body
(@FREAK) Squeezing on your bones and infusing with them
(ackloooo) feels like a power surge
(Xio88) I got a rather weird feeling in my chest area. kinda like when you get butterflies in your stomache.

(Jynx493) when I did it, and still am, I felt detached from my surroundings and when wrapping each bone a heightened awarness

(@FREAK) ok, so you all have experienced a taste of bone breathing
(@FREAK) this was the basic part of the lesson
(@FREAK) From here i will give you instructions on what to do with this material
(@FREAK) I want all of you to make a habit of meditating and bone breathing
(@FREAK) At least twice a day
(@FREAK) i want you to meditate
(@FREAK) rougly 30 mins in length
(@FREAK) immediatly after i want you to do a 10 min bone breathing session
(@FREAK) I will be giving you the method, but i dont want you to even try it for a week
(@FREAK) Do the meditating/bone breathing for the first week alone
(@FREAK) Ok, many people use hands, many people say to not use hands when doing PK
(@FREAK) I say do what even helps you the most
(@FREAK) feel like using hands? go for it
(@FREAK) Now, after the first week of doing the bone breathing you will notice somethings
(@FREAK) hightened awareness, more powerful psiballs, and overall psionic ability has greatend
(@FREAK) you remember the wisps of energy that we visualized for the bone breathing?
(@FREAK) and how they looked like smoke
(@FREAK) for those who want to use hands, what i want you to do is to visualize the energy wisps comming out of your finger tips
(@FREAK) and wrapping around the psi-wheel
(@FREAK) pressing on the corners
(@FREAK) and on the edges
(@FREAK) those who dont, visualize the same thing, but with the energy comming out of your crown chakra (forehead) or your solar plexus (chest)
(@FREAK) now, this will be the basic method for now, we can get into an advanced version next class that i am able to attend
(@FREAK) Heres a simple exersise that i will allow you to practice during this first week of mediation and bone breathing
(@FREAK) take the wisps of energy, and just move it around, make constructs with it
(@FREAK) make figure 8s, X’s anything
(@FREAK) just work with it
(@FREAK) this concludes the lesson for tonight
